Created in a table format the two columns will be matched in content. The left side will have tips, suggestions on how to keep costs down, comments, etc. in blue print. The right side will have instructions with color pictures and/or illustrations and black print.
Row 1 will have supplies listed in column 2, and suggestions and alternatives in column 1.
Row 2 will have needed tools listed in column 2, and suggestions and substitutes in column 1.
